The Qingdao Pingdu Xinxin Hospital project is positioned to build a non-profit tertiary public hospital, and is the first healthcare infrastructure construction project implemented through a PPP project in Qingdao. This project is a first phase project, with a design and construction of 1500 beds for outpatient and medical technology in the first phase. Administrative offices, scientific research and teaching are also designed and constructed on a scale of two phases, with a planned construction area of approximately 135000 square meters in the first phase.
