The project is located in the JK-LY-2-05 # plot of Luoyang Logistics Area in Kunming Economic and Technological Development Zone. It is planned to construct three buildings, including five floors of warehouse (Class C) and three floors of administrative office building. The net land area of the project is 5991.11 square meters, with an aboveground construction area of 11852.48 square meters and an underground construction area of 631.75 square meters (underground is the fire pool and fire pump room). It will further strengthen the construction of Kunming logistics hub, increase the transit stations of logistics hub, and make the layout of logistics nodes more refined.
